" CHOCOLATE PIZZAS"

I have included 7 different dessert pizzas one for everynight!!! (Sounds logical to me!)

1. CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER

1 pkg. (10oz) refridgerated pizza crust
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbs. honey
2 tbs. chocolate syrup
3 tbs. chocolate candies (M&M's perfect!)

Preheat oven to 450*F. Grease a cookie sheet or baking pan. Unroll the pizza dough onto the cookie sheet, press into a 14 x 12" rectangle. Brush dough with oil. Bake 5-6 minutes until lightly browned and puffed. Place on wire rack.  Carefully spread peanut butter onto top of hot dough. Drizzle with honey and chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with candies. Serve warm!
 
 

2. CHOCOHOLICS DREAM PIZZA
 

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 pkg. refridgerated sugar cookie dough (18-20 oz.)
1 egg
1 jar chocolate topping (12 oz.)
6 minature peanut butter cups, halved
1 chocolate bar cut into chunks
1 1/2 tbs. milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbs. white chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbs. peanut butter chips
1 1/2 tbs. mini M&M's.

Preheat oven to 350*F. Knead the flour into the cookie dough.  On wax paper roll out dough into 14" circle. Transfer dough to baking sheet or pizza pan. To make crust edges turn dough under itself. Poke fork all over flat part of dough. Beat egg lightly and brush over dough including the crust part. Bake until golden brown (approx. 20 minutes) Let cool completely.  Spoon on chocolate topping and spread to crust edges. Arrange peanut butter cups around and sprinkle on all the chips!!!
 
 

3. CHOCOLATE CHERRY COOKIE PIZZA

3/4 cup butter or marg.
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup maraschino cherries
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Beat the butter in a large bowl with electric mixer - on medium for 30 seconds. Add sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Beat in eagg yolk and vanilla till combined. Beat in as much as the flour as you can with the mixer then stir in any remaining flour with wooden spoon.  Spread dough into a lightly greased 12-13" pizza pan with a 1/2" edge.
Drain cherries, cut in half and arrange over dough.  In saucepan over low heat combine milk and chocolate pieces. Stir just until chocolate is melted, remove from heat and stir in 3 tbs. of the cherry juice. Spread mixture over dough in pan covering the cherries. Sprinkle with walnuts.  Bake at 350* approx. 25 minutes.
 
 

4. COCONUT CHOCOLATE COOKIE PIZZA

3/4 cup butter or marg.
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs. butter or marg.
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
chocolate curls

Follow directions for crust as in #3 and bake at 350* for 20 minutes. While its baking - beat 1 egg slightly in a saucepan, stir in evaporated milk, 1/2 cup sugar and the butter. Stir over medium heat til thickened and just coming to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in coconut and pecans. Spread over the crust. Bake for 5 minutes more. Let cool and sprinkle with chocolate curls.
 
 

**** for pizzas 5, 6 and 7 use the following for the crust****

3/4 cup butter or marg.
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

On medium to high speed of electric mixture - beat butter for 30 seconds. Add the sugar til mixed. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla.  With the mixer beat in as much of the flour as you can then stir in remaining flour with wooden spoon.  Spread dough into a lightly greased 12 or 13" pizza pan. Bake at 350* about 20-25 minutes or until golden.
 

5. CHOCOLATE SWIRL CHEESECAKE PIZZA

crust as above
1 pkg. cream cheese softened (8 oz)
1 egg
1 tbs. sugar
1/3 cup chocolate topping
1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds

Beat together cream cheese, egg and the sugar until smooth. Spread over the warm crust to about 1/2 inch from the edge. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate topping and with a knife - swirl chocolate to marble. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 5 - 10 minutes more until filling is set! Store in fridge!
 
 

6. ROCKY ROAD PIZZA

crust as above
1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 tsp. shortening

On hot crust sprinkle the chocolate chips (1 cup of them) Let stand 1-2 minutes to soften. Spread melted chocolate over the crust. Sprinkle with marshmallows and nuts. Bake 3 minutes more or until the marshmallows are puffed. Let cool. Melt the remaining chocolate with shortening in microwave. Drizzle over cooled pizza.
 
 

7. BANANA SPLIT COOKIE PIZZA

crust as above
1 8 oz. container of cream cheese with strawberries (or pineapple)
2 medium bananas sliced thin
1/3 cup chocolate ice cream topping
1/3 cup drained maraschino cherries halved
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
 

Let crust cool. Just before serving - spread with cream cheese, arrange banana slices over cream cheese. Spoon ice cream topping over bananas. Sprinkle with cherries and nuts. Keep in fridge!
