"CHOCOLATE ALMOND RICE BRITTLE"

1 cup butter or marg.
1 cup sugar
1 cup rice crispies cereal
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Melt the butter in saucepan. add the sugar stirring well. Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Stir in the rice crispies, mixing well. Spread mixture into greased pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over top and as they melt spread the chocolate around to cover. Let cool then refriderate for at least one hour. Break into pieces.
