8 squares of semi-sweet
BAKERS chocolate
1/2 cup toasted almonds
Break squares into pieces and melt in microwave stirring often until melted. Stir in the almonds. Pour chocolate onto baking sheet covered with wax paper and spread evenly. Put in fridge til hardened. Break into pieces.
(You may also use equal amounts of white and dark chocolate - melted and mixed with almonds in separate bowls. Then pour alternate 'blobs' of the chocolates onto wax paper use a knife to swirl together to make marbled almond bark!)
