"CHOCOLATE TOPPED OATMEAL BUTTERSCOTCH BARS"

1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup butter or marg. room temp.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups uncooked rolled oats
1 pkg. (12 oz) butterscotch chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. In separate bowl cream butter and sugars together until smooth. Beat in the eggs then add the vanilla, rolled oats and butterscotch chips. Add the flour mixture. Mix well.  Put into greased 15x10" baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375* (center should feel firm). Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Laet stand 2-3 minutes until melted then spread chocolate over top of bars. Cut into bars. Yummy warm or cooled.
