"CHOCOLATE TURTLE CAKE"

1 chocolate cake mix
2 toffee bars broken in pieces
1 cup Eagle brand milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup pecans

Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Melt the butter and toffee and milk together and pour over cake. Cover with pecans and chocolate chips then pour remaining cake mix over all. Bake another 20 minutes. Dust with icing sugar.
