| Here's a late summer update on the Swanson family! |
| Our South African farmhand, Michael, had his birthday in June. What a great help he has been! |
| Erica had her 10th high school reunion during Lewis and Clark Days. Michael pulled her class in the parade with the family's 1948 Willys jeep George had restored. |
| We spent the 4th of July with our friends Jan and Bob at Brush Lake. |
| Karla made it back from Texas in July. Mary and I met her for lunch in Minot. We taught together in Underwood a few years back! |
| Steve and Gayle, Ashley's future in-laws, spent a weekend with us in July. We had a great time getting to know them! |

| Jordan is still job hunting, so if you need a network administrator, let him know! |
| Harvest is running late, but the crops are beautiful! We have had George W. out a few times to inspect! |

| The retired Washburn teachers included me in their "Back to School" lunch at The Olive Garden. (Riva is still teaching, she just joined us!) I'm enjoying my new schedule! |
