Jupiter Inlet Light in Florida is a beautiful black and red structure, situated above the inlet by a community park, making a beautiful setting. Be advised the tower is only open to the public certain days of the week, and during very limited hours. Plan accordingly. We arrived too late in the day to get closer.
Jupiter Inlet is just a short drive North from West Palm Beach on US Highway 1.
There are several seafood restaurants across the inlet, and we enjoyed an evening meal on the covered deck with a gorgeous view of the tower. Though a hot July day, there was a cool breeze. good seafood, and live entertainment.
Within a couple of hours driving distance south of Jupiter Inlet is Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse, near Ft. Lauderdale.
