10-21 Grave of Colonel William A. Washington
On US 17 at Rantowles (three quarters of a mile N on Live Oak Plantation)
Leaving Charleston on US 17, you will see the marker on the right.  Turn at that road and follow it to the end.  Look straight ahead at the end and you
will see a white sign with an arrow pointing right.  It looks like you are in someone's yard.  The path is grassy and narrow.  The cemetery is enclosed
with a brick fence.
