Orville (Jim) Collins, age 56, of 84 Hawkes Ave.  Survived by 3 sons, William and John of Columbus, and James, California; stepson, Dewey Boggs, Lancaster; daughter, Mrs. Anna Wiseman; 2 brothers, Eldon and Howard; sister, Mrs. Lucille Pugh; 8 grandchildren.  Employee of A & P.  Member of Carpenters Union, Local 200.  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Monday at the GRAUMLICH & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1351 S.High St., where service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.   Rev. Roy Heinbach officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.

CROMAN
Mrs. Matilda Anderson Croman—Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the late home for Mrs. Matilda R. Croman, 69 wife of William Croman, who died Saturday at 4:20 p.m. at her home in Washington Township following a week’s illness.  She was well known here, having resided in Pickaway Co. most of her life.  Besides her husband she is survived by one son, Sterley, and six sisters, Mrs. Sarah Ell of Columbus, Mrs. Elizabeth Whitson of Derby, Mrs. Ella Furness and Mrs. Joyce Ward of Orient, Mrs. Hannah Moss of this city and Mrs. Ollie Jewett of Tampa, Fla.  The deceased was born in Darbyville, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson.  Rev. L. S. Metzler officiated at services and burial was in Forest cemetery by Crites and Van Cleve.

EGG HATCHERY OWNER DIES
Sterley Croman, 96, Circleville, died Thursday at Pickaway Manor.  Born Jan 23, 1889 in Fairfield County, he was the son of William and Matilda Anderson Croman.  He was the owner of the Croman Hatchery for 52 years.  He was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Rotary Club, Ohio Poultry Association, Farm Bureau, Pickaway County Historical Society, and a charter member fo the Washington Township Grange.  He was preceded in death by his wife Mabel McCoy Croman, in 1965.  Survivors include a son, Froest Croman, of Circleville; a niece, Betty McCoy, of Columbus; three nephews, Charles Mccoy, of Columbus, and Clen McCoy and Dr. Robert McCoy , both of Circleville.  Funeral service wil be 2 p.m. Monday at Defenbaugh-Wise Funeral Home with the Rev. William Campbell officiating.  Burial will be in Forest Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Presbyterian Church.
