Wayne L. Wolfe, age 62, of Reynoldsburg, died Wednesday, April 7, 1999 at Mt. Carmel hospital East.  Born April 17, 1936 in Mt Vernon to parents Russell F. and Eva M. Wolfe.  A Graduate of Gahanna Lincoln high School, class of 1954 and a graduate of Franklin University receiving a BS in Business and Public Administration.  Former member of I.B.E.W.
