He was married to Elizabeth Lavona HARP (daughter of John Mitchel HARP and Eliza Jane MORGAN) on 2 Dec 1914 in Pontotoc, Ms. Elizabeth Lavona HARP was born on 15 Feb 1891 in Amory, Ms. She died on 19 Jan 1987 in Keene, Texas. Lee Victor BOWEN and Elizabeth Lavona HARP had the following children:
