William (Uncle Billy) RYE.40. Solomon RYE II was born on 4 Jun 1783 in North Carolina. He died on 10 Aug 1855 in Monroe County, Mississippi. On July 29, 1820 Solomaon II and his brother William sold the land that their father left them in his will. William moved to Arkansa and Solomon II moved to Alabama. Solomon II evidentally was married two times. However, researchers have failed to locate the first wife's name.
