4 lb. Beef round steak/roast, sliced thin, 1-2" wide strips
1 C Roasted Garlic Teriyaki
1 can Beer - minus the sip or two you took before the beer got warm (wink)
1 C Italian Dressing

Only use the two following ingredients if you used plain Teriyaki
1-2 cloves Garlic, minced (optional)
1/2 medium Onion, minced (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a gallon size ziploc type bag or a marinator.
Marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
Put on Bamboo Skewers for best results.
Barbecue slowly and baste with leftover marinate every 5 minutes.  Use
LOTS OF MARINADE.  Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or to desired doneness.
(i.e. medium rare to well done)
