Your webpage must meet the following criteria to qualify for my award:

• Must be appropriate for all ages. No profanity, vulgarity, racism, pornography or other off-color content.
  
• Must have good layout and design.
  
• Must be interesting and fun.
  
• Must load quickly.
  
• No broken images or links. Animations must work.
  
• Must contain information other than just links.
  
• Must be personal in nature; no commercial pages.
  
• Image and music files must be stored in your webpage directory; they cannot be linked directly to the site where you found them.
• If your site has frames, there must be a no-frames option.
• Last, but not least - I must really like your page!
