
Mexican Nacho Cheese Dip

1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small can evaporated milk
1 small jar pimento
4-6 drops Tabasco sauce
Melt cheese with milk. Add sausage, pimento and Tabasco sauce. Serve in fondue pot or chafing dish. Serve with sturdy tortilla chips. This can be frozen.
