In the small world of the Internet, I have met a woman who covered as a photographer (hence backstage)
 the April 1972 concert I attended in Charlotte, NC, and she has graciously sent me some photos. I'm so grateful!







            


The marquee in April 1972, above right, was put up before folks in North Carolina learned to spell, apparently.
 At least they got David's name right.
