Goshen Online Study Bible Offers several Bible translations, linked to study aids and commentaries. You enter a verse reference, and select a translation, and it shows you the verse as well as links to commentaries by book, verse, and topic. Very easy to use. Also has Greek and Hebrew lexicons, and a concordance.

Blue letter Bible Offers several Bible translations, also linked to study aids and commentaries. Includes actual graphics of Greek and Hebrew text. Includes audio links to actual sermons, by Chuck Smith, among others. Very complete, and the best choice if you want to study the original Greek and Hebrew, but not quite as easy to navigate as Goshen.

Bible Gateway. Offers not only several English Bible translations (including the New International), but also nine other languages. This is the best choice for simply reading, as the layout is the most like a printed study Bible, with the text appearing in a block, and a limited number of notes shown as footnotes at the bottom of the page. Also has a topical search.
