Christian FINCK

1779. Will of Christian Finck of township of Lunenburg, yeoman, burial to be arranged by son Frederick Finck, cost paid by beloved wife Anna Maria and son Frederick.
First, Son Frederick to allow her stay and upkeep all her natural life.
Second, to son Frederick all real estate and shall he pay his sisters Johannes Morashe's wife, Just Shupe's wife and Philip Hartle's wife.... Will sealed 17 Oct 1779. Witnessed by Gottlieb Harnish, John Manger and Caspar Wallenhaupt.

1866. Will of J. Henry Hamm, Dated 21 March 1864, Filed 4 Oct. 1864,
Probated 14 April 1866, 
1. Wife Susanna Elizabeth, the Homestead, on which I now live, with all the Buildings thereon during her life and all the household furniture what I may be owner of at my decease and £ 150 lawful money of Nova Scotia.
2. I give and bequeath unto my son Charles William Austin, after the death of my Beloved Wife and his Mother, all the Homestead as above described with all the Appertainces thereto belonging.
3. I give and bequeath and devise unto my Beloved Wife, 1 Cow, 5 Old Sheep with their Lambs.
4.Executors to Sell and Dispose of at Public Sale, All the Residue of my real Estate whatever I am Owner of as well as my Personal Property not already above disposed of, and the proceeds to be put on interest and to be equally divided between my four children, Share and Share alike, my daughters, Mary A., Sarah, Emma and my son Charles W. Austin, and each to receive their several portions as they become of age.

1833. Will of J. Philip Hiltz, Book 2 pg. 290, Dated 24 March 1833,
Probated Lun. 4 May 1833.  Executor brother, John Henry Hiltz, wit.
Thomas Linnell, George Mosher and John Smith. 
Sons George Gerhart, David and Casper, his Farm Lot # 1, on Outer Edge of Murderer's Point, except 15 acres, to Run Across from Water to Water on the N. side of said Lot, joining son Philip's Lot, which is to belong to my son Johann, with the Exception of my Dwelling House and Orchard with a Road to the Farm, George Gerhart, David and Gasper, all the Stock of Cattle, Farming and Household Furniture, the House and the Barn, Providing they Maintain their Mother with Bed, Board Etc. She is to get £ 40: if she Cannot Agree to live with them.
Three Youngest sons to Pay all just Debts and Share Farm with Sisters until they marry.
Daughters, Maria and Sophia, when married, to each receive a Good Cow and a Feather Bed.
Son Philip Lot #2, where he now resides, 20 acres.
Son Jacob Lot #3.
Son Frederick Lot #4.
Sons Peter and Michael 1 English Shilling each, having had their Share already.
Sons-in-law, Alexander Keddy and William Turner, 1 Shilling each, having had their share already.
Sons-in-law, Michael and Henry Keyser to receive a Cow each, when youngest child is 21 years.
Son Henry, Lot of land lying between George Young and Valentine Rafuse, also Lot #7 joining Gasper Young and George Young.
Lot of land from George Swinemar to John Henry, George, David and Kasper.

Frederick HILTZ

1849. Will of Frederick Hiltz, dated 6 Sept. 1849, Probated ?, wit.
George Zwicker, George Hiltz and Jacob Hiltz.
I Bequeath to my son, Nicholas Hiltz, the 1/2 of my Real Estate, and the Whole of my Personal Estate, consisting of Movables, Notes of Hand etc., and that he has to Pay from same the whole of my Just and Lawful Debts.
I Give and Bequeath to my sons-in-law, Charles Church, Francis Kedy, John Ernst and Benjamin Mosher the other 1/2 of my Real Estate, to be Equally Divided between them, that the said Charles Church, Francis Kedy, John Ernst and Benjamin Mosher do Pay in Equal Shares out of their respective Share, the sum of £ 5 to my son Frederick Hiltz and £ 5 to my son-in-law, George Sarty.
And Lastly, I Nominate and Appoint Nicholas Hiltz and Charles Church as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.

Frederick JODRY

1813. Will of Frederick Jodry, Dated 14 July 1800, Probated 6 Jan. 1813.
First: I Give to my loving wife, Catherine Jodry, during her natural life only, for her support and maintenance, all my Real and Personal Estate, situated in the township of Lunenburg, aforesaid, which I shall die possessed of, and after her decease it shall go as follows.
1. I, give devise and bequeath to my son, Frederick Jodry Jr., his heirs and assigns for ever, one and a half Thirty Acre Lots of land lying at North West Range Letter B, the whole of Lot # 40 and the half of # 39, joining together, on the Condition, that he shall pay out, after his mother's decease, unto his sisters Jane Ham, Catherine Vienot, Margaret, and Mary, a child of my daughter Elizabeth Jodry or their lawful heirs the sum of £10 currency each.
I give to my daughter, Elizabeth Jodry, after her mother's decease, during her natural life only, for her support and maintenance, a 30-Acre Lot at N. West Range Letter A # 37, reserving the pasture on said lot to my son George Jodry's use, and after her decease it shall go to my son George Jodry, his heirs and assigns for ever, on Condition that he pay out of the same to his brothers, each £ 30 currency, and unto each of his sisters £ 15 currency, unto Mary, daughter of my above said daughter Elizabeth £15 Currency, or either of their lawful heirs.
I, give, devise and bequeath unto my son George Jodry, his heirs and assigns for ever 30-Acre Lot at North West Range Letter A # 38, on the express Condition, that he pay out of the same, after his mother's decease, unto each of his brothers, James, Christopher and Peter Jodry, their heirs and assigns, the sum of £ 40 currency each, and to his sisters, Jane Ham, Catherine Vienot and Margaret Vienot, each £ 5 Currency, also to Mary, the child of my daughter Elizabeth aforesaid, £ 5 and a Cow, and also to let his brother Frederick Jodry, Mow and make 6 Tons of Hay on the Marsh on said lot, with free liberty to haul it off said lot with a cart or wagon, for the term of 6 years only, in case he cannot make hay enough for his stock on the land hereby given him.
I Give, Devise and Bequeath unto my 3 sons, James, Christopher and Peter Jodry, their heirs, assigns for ever in common, 1/2 of my Fathers 300 Acre Lot.
After the Decease of my Loving Wife aforesaid, all the residue and remaining Personal Estate she leaves; I Order, shall be Sold at Public Auction, within a month after her decease, and the proceeds shall be Equally Divided amongst All My Children, and Mary, the daughter of my daughter Elizabeth Jodry aforesaid.
Lastly, I Nominate and Appoint my son James Jodry, Executor of this My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Former Wills by me made, and confirm this only as My Last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I have herewith set my Hand and Seal, this 14th day of July in the Year of Our Lord 1800. Frederick Jodry made his mark. Witness by Thomas Penalls, Philip Rudolph and Frank Rudolph, Probate Granted by John Pernette Esq., Judge of his Majesty's Court for the Probate of Wills, Granted Letter of Administration and had the witnesses swear that they saw Frederick Jodry sign the Will.
