Waterfall
The green canopy
of the forest overhead
its leafs n boughs
dipping down to the waters edge
as if to drink its waters so clear
rock ledges basking in the sun
water glistening
wily wag tails flitting to n fro
the insects chirping as if it an orchestra
water gurgling , burbling
as it flows down over the rocks
standing beneath the falls
feeling the water wash over us
listening to the murmuring
allowing the water to become our focus
feeling the water alive and vibrant
tugging at our feet
soothing us , inviting us, urging us
to be one with it
feeling ourselves merging,
flowing, exhilarating,
free at last
pouring over the rocks
caressing the mossy stones
washing up against smooth green banks
the sun shining down upon us,
as we flow through crevasses
in harmony, flowing
ever so gracefully
into quiet pools so deep
multicoloured prisms of light
shinning, shimmering
reflecting sparkling crystal clear
knowing, feeling at peace
