The mating shall occur between the dates of ____________________ and _______________________. I guarantee that while said bitch is in my care and custody, no other mating shall occur other than to above mentioned male. The owner of the bitch guarantees that the bitch is registered in their names and has breeding papers. The owner of the bitch also guarantees that she is over the age of 2 yrs. old and has been x-rayed clear of hip dysplasia by OFA or OVC. The owner of the bitch also guarantees that she is negative for brucellosis, is in good health and is up to date on her vaccinations for Distemper/Hepatitis/Leptospirosis/Para influenza/Bordetella/Parvovirus. (Certificates for all of the above conditions must be shown to the owner of the stud dog prior to any breeding taking place. The negative brucellosis certificate must be dated within one month of the breeding date.) The owner of the bitch also guarantees that the bitch has no show disqualifying faults. The owner of the stud dog guarantees 2 live puppies at 7 days of age. If there are not 2 live puppies at 7 days of age, a return service will be given on the bitche's next season providing the bitch is in good health and has a negative brucellosis test. The owner of the bitch must inform the stud dog owner no late than 65 days from the last breeding date if no live puppies are born. Under no circumstances will the stud fee be refunded. The owner of the stud dog guarantees to sign the litter registration pertaining to the offspring of this breeding when the puppies are 10 days old providing there are no monies outstanding. The Stud fee is ____________ and is payable in cash or by certified cheque before the breeding takes place. All shipping and handling charges for transporting the bitch to and from Abintra Afortori Kennels is the sole responsibility of the owner of the bitch. If Artificial Insemination is used, all expenses pertaining to the insemination, are the sold responsibility of the owner of the bitch. Owner of the bitch guarantees no puppies in this litter will be sold to pet shops, retail or wholesale outlets, research facilities or transferred to any animal shelter facility.
