If they didn't label her that she would have not gotten all the services that she needed so desperatley . A good book read is Joyce herzog's "learnign despite their labels. Comments: Thank you for sharing! I'm writing to tell you with what awe I read your cleaning schedule. I'm going to print it and put it up on the fridge as a constant reminder of what I ought to do. In my country (Sweden), TEACCH is widely taught. I have friends who teach TEACCH and they are very pleased with the results. If you're a spontaneous scatterbrain like me, I don't think the method would stand a chance, but luckily I teach children with speech/language and reading difficulties of other kinds and I seem to suit them fine, thank God.
