Well, I finally found a home for the archives at Tripod. I've started to move files over there and should be making the links to there by the first of November.
I went with Tripod because it was the easiest place to do the transferring. I'm not changing a thing in the entries or the style of the first pages. Just the location. Oh, and removing the geobanners and links, of course.
The dogs love it when I make chicken and dumplings. All those bones! You shouldn't give chicken bones to dogs, you say? Aha! There is a way to do it safely. All you need is a pressure cooker. If you pressure cook the bones, they become soft and don't have those brittle parts that can hurt the dogs. Delton says 15 minutes, but, I always pressure cook them for at least 30 minutes--just to be really safe.
My biggest problem is with the Thanksgiving turkey. We only have a 4 quart pressure cooker and the carcess just doesn't fit!
Oh, and don't forget to cover the bones with water--or else you'll just end up with a burnt pan and burnt bones.
