SPAGETO ME ZAMPON
(SPAGHETTI WITH HAM)

1 pound spaghetti
3/4 cup butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup chopped ham
1 cup cooked peas
bread crumbs

Cook spaghetti and drain.  Brown butter and pour 2/3 of it
over spaghetti.  Sprinkle with half the cheese.  Mix in the
ham and peas.  Butter a baking dish.  Pour in spaghetti
mixture and spread evenly.  Beat egg, milk and cheese.
Pour over spaghetti.  Sprinkle on bread crumbs and butter.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown.
Serves 6 to 8
