3/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound spinach, torn into bite sized pieces
1 pint strawberries
DRESSING
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup oil
Mix dressing together in a bowl.
Melt butter and sauté almonds.
Drain and cool. Combine spinach,
berries and almonds. Toss with dressing.
