Who can earn the Silver Award?

• Must be a Cadette GS

  • concluded bridging from Juniors to Cadettes
  • registered as a Cadette

• All work must be done as a Cadette

• Final project must be completed prior to becoming a Senior GS

• May take 2-4 years
