* Clinton is the first president born after World War II. He was also the first Arkansan to win a major party nomination for the office.
* In high school, Clinton played saxophone in a jazz trio. The three musicians wore dark glasses on stage, and they called themselves Three Blind Mice.
* As a delegate to Boys Nation while in high school, he met President Kennedy in the White House Rose Garden. The encounter inspired him to enter a life of public service.
