Oct 1879, The last few children's death dates are unknown. Mary b. Sept 1876, died as infant in 1876, Robert is the Grandson of James Archer, wife was Lydia Texas Brown. They lived in Hall Co. GA., and possibly in or near Acworth GA in the period of 1900-1909. Their children were Francis, Freeman, Dewey, Floyd, Clyde, Authur, and one female Aletha. Robert is the son of Clyde. His mother was Francis Amelia Daniell born Sept 6, 1907 in Toombs Co. GA and died April 1977 in Savannah GA.

Cass County, GA., John Hatch is listed with 4 in the family. I've found an 1840 index to Cass Co. Census that list a John Hatch but information on family members not in our library here. Between 1847 and 1849 he bought three parcels of property in Cass Co.

CHEROKEE, Bill Weber, writes about the birth certificate you must have for your application papers for the Cherokee rolls. It must be a Full Face Birth Certificate. This is a copy of the form the doctor signed when you are born and printed on State paper and sealed. This is the only one for the Cherokee office will accept. He also writes that his wife, son and grandson are related to Will Rogers and John Ross.

Milam of Cartersville, today elected grand chancellor of the Knights of Pythias…" He has lived in Cartersville for twenty years and is connected with the Nashville, Chattanooga and St. Louis RR. He has lately been elected cashier of the Bank of Cartersville…..He has always been prominently identified with the Methodist Episcopal Church, south, and is regarded as one of the leading citizens of the state.

Recently found his death date in the 1912 Cartersville News.
