Soon Will Come The Spring

The cold and bitter days are past

The snow has faded away

The warmth of sunshine here at last

And a longer brighter day

No more cold and barren earth

No more silent morn

All the waiting finds it's worth

when passes winter's scorn.

And soon the world will thrive anew

All things come alive

When the frost transforms to dew

All life shall survive.

The love of life shall be reborn

And flowers brightly blaze

The softness of a springtime breeze

Replaces winter's raze.

The morning song of happy birds

And rainbows promise life renewed

For soon will cone the Spring
