French Coconut Pie


From the kitchen of Janell Wallace


  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar

Mix all ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie crust
and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until
golden brown.
