French Coconut Pie
From the kitchen of Janell Wallace
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
Mix all ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie crust
and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until
golden brown.
