MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE



1 package yellow cake mix
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained and cut up
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil

Mix by hand, adding oranges last. Pour into 3 round
cake pans, greased and floured. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.


ICING:

1 large container Whipped Topping
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 large package instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix pudding mix and pineapple; fold into Whipped Topping.
Spread on cooled cake. This cake should be refrigerated.
