hot pepper
AUNT RUBY'S
HOT PEPPER RELISH

1 gallon hot pepper (chopped)
(cayenne is what we use)
3 or 4 onions

Mix Together:
1 quart vinegar
1 pint water
4 cups sugar
Salt to taste

Add to pepper and onions. Boil 10 minutes.

Put in sterilized jars and seal.
