DID YOU KNOW

DID YOU KNOW that according to one Catholic Yugoslavian visionary named Julka, Jesus said:

“The presence of My Mother at My altar, when My Sacrifice is offered to Me, and to My Father and to Our Spirit, means that My Mother, the Martyr, was totally united with Me in soul and body in My Sacrifice for the Redemption of souls. [?] As My Mother’s place on earth was next to Me, so she is also next to me in heaven” (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 308).

DID YOU KNOW:

“As late as the fourth century there are no indications of any special veneration of Mary. Such veneration at that time could begin only if one were recognized as a saint, and only the martyrs were counted as saints. But since there was no evidence that Mary had suffered a martyr’s death, she was excluded from sainthood. Later the ascetics came to be acknowledged as among the saints. That proved to be the opening wedge for the sainthood of Mary, for surely she of all people, it was alleged, must have lived an ascetic life!” (Roman Catholicism, Boettner, 133)

DID YOU KNOW that in Mark 10:40, Jesus said:

“But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared.”[?]

Revelation 4:3-4 makes no reference to Mary having a throne next to Jesus’ throne (nor does any other scripture). Instead we see 24 seats and twenty four elders sitting in those seats.

“And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.”

DID YOU KNOW according to the same visionary, Jesus said:

“From Me alone, God in Three Persons, is everything the earth has. [?] I have given to My Daughter, who is also My beloved Mother, My graces in abundance, so that she may distribute them at all times on earth” (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 308).

DID YOU KNOW Romans 5:1 says,

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: [?] By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God [Rom.5:1]...For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.” (Eph.2:18)

DID YOU KNOW that worshippers of Cybele:

“On the last day of the feast [spring festival] the image of the Great Mother was carried in triumph through crowds that hailed her, at Rome, as Nostra Domina, “Our Lady” (The Story of Civilization: Caesar and Christ, Durant, 523)?

DID YOU KNOW:

“Even more widely honored than Cybele was the Egyptian goddess Isis, the sorrowing mother, the loving comforter, the bearer of the gift of eternal life. [?] All the Mediterranean peoples knew how her great spouse Osiris had died and had risen from the dead; in nearly every great city on that historic sea this happy resurrection was commemorated with gorgeous pageantry, and jubilant worshipers sang, “We have found Osiris again.” Isis was represented in pictures and statues as holding her divine child Horus in her arms, and devout litanies hailed her as “Queen of Heaven,” “Star of the Sea,” and “Mother of God” (The Story of Civilization: Caesar and Christ, Durant, 523).

DID YOU KNOW:

“Kish and Lagash worshiped a Mater Dolorosa, the sorrowful mother-goddess Ninkarsag, who, grieved with the unhappiness of men, interceded for them with sterner deities”[?] The Story of Civilization: Our Oriental Heritage, Durant, 127).

DID YOU KNOW that one of the prayers of King Gudea to the goddess Bau, the patron deity of Lagash, reads:

“O My Queen, the Mother who established Lagash,

The people on whom thou lookest is rich in power;

The worshiper on whom thou lookest, his life is prolonged.

I have no mother- thou art my mother...

My goddess Bau, thou knowest what is good;

Thou hast given me the breath of life.

Under the protection of thee, my Mother,

In the shadow I will reverently dwell”[?] (The Story of Civilization: Our Oriental Heritage, Durant, 127). (This pagan prayer was printed in hopes that the Catholic may recognize that he/she prays the same prayers to Mary and uses the same titles.)

DID YOU KNOW that many Catholic visionaries are foretelling of a divine wrath? One such visionary, “Father” Gobbi, on June 3, 1978 was told by “Mary”:

“The whole church must now enter into My refuge, with the Pope, the bishops, the priests and all the faithful. It is for this reason that I am leading you to all parts of the world. The time has come when the small remnant, who will remain faithful and with whom Jesus will bring about the realization of His reign, must enter, in its entirety, into My Immaculate Heart. WHOEVER DOES NOT ENTER INTO THIS REFUGE will be carried away by the great tempest which has already begun to rage” (Emphasis mine) (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 418).

DID YOU KNOW that another message “Mary” gave to “Father” Gobbi makes some astounding promises?

“I am with you on all the by-ways of the world. With maternal mercy I help those of my little ones who find themselves in greater need; I save the perishing, restore health to the sick, console the afflicted, encourage the down-hearted, raise up those who have fallen, find those who have lost the way. This is the hour of the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of your heavenly Mother, it is the hour of the great miracle of Divine Mercy. But I wish to act through you, my beloved sons. For this I invite all of you to consecrate yourselves to my Immaculate Heart. I can then make you perfect ministers of the Redemption accomplished by Jesus...I call all of you to respond to my design, a design that from day to day will make itself more apparent. The Church and the world are to see wrought the greatest of the miracles of the Divine Mercy” (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 440).

DID YOU KNOW that Jeremiah prophesied against the people who were also trusting in the “Queen of Heaven” to supply all their needs? They were rebellious and would not listen and told Jeremiah:

“But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil. But since we left off to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine. And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven, and poured out drink offerings unto her, did we make her cakes to worship her, and pour out drink offerings unto her, without our men? Then Jeremiah said unto all the people, to the men, and to the women, and to all the people which had given him that answer, saying, The incense that ye burned in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, ye, and your fathers, your kings, and your princes, and the people of the land, did not the LORD remember them, and came it not into his mind? So that the LORD could no longer bear, because of the evil of your doings, and because of the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land a desolation, and an astonishment, and a curse, without an inhabitant, as at this day. Because ye have burned incense, and because ye have sinned against the LORD, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD, nor walked in his law, nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil is happened unto you, as at this day. Moreover Jeremiah said unto all the people, and to all the women, Hear the word of the LORD, all Judah that are in the land of Egypt: Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying; Ye and your wives have both spoken with your mouths, and fulfilled with your hand, saying, We will surely perform our vows that we have vowed, to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her: ye will surely accomplish your vows, and surely perform your vows. Therefore hear ye the word of the LORD, all Judah that dwell in the land of Egypt; Behold, I have sworn by my great name, saith the LORD, that my name shall no more be named in the mouth of any man of Judah in all the land of Egypt, saying, The Lord GOD liveth. Behold, I will watch over them for evil, and not for good: and all the men of Judah that are in the land of Egypt shall be consumed by the sword and by the famine, until there be an end of them.” (Jer.44:17-29)

DID YOU KNOW:

“Tertullian speaks of a Mithraic [a pagan religion] priesthood with a ‘high pontiff,’ and of celibates and virgins serving the god: daily sacrifice was offered at his altar, worshipers partook of consecrated bread and wine, and the climax of the ceremony was signaled by the sounding of a bell” [these practice is imitated in the Roman mass] (The Story of Civilization: Caesar and Christ, Durant, 523).

DID YOU KNOW in 1947, at Montichiari, Italy, “Mary” appeared to Pierina Gilli and asked devotions be made to her as “Rosa Mystica”? She also told Pierina:

“I HAVE PLACED MYSELF as the Mediatrix between my Divine Son and mankind, especially for the souls consecrated to God” (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 304) (Emphasis mine).

DID YOU KNOW Jesus said: “And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.”[?] (Jn.5:40) And again:

“All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” (Jn.6:37)

DID YOU KNOW Pope Pius XII wrote:

"Our Advocate, placed between God and the sinner, takes it upon herself to invoke clemency of the Judge so as to temper His Justice, touch the heart of the sinner and overcome his obstinacy[?]" (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 296).

DID YOU KNOW stigmata Gladys Quiroga De Motta of Argentina, was told on Dec.31, 1986, by “Jesus”:

“I tell My children: To deny the Mother is to deny the Son, and to deny the Son is to deny God the Father. [?] It is to deny the everlasting life that can be reached through Him...Pray to Mary, for the prayer to this Mother will bear plentiful fruit. Glory be to the Almighty” [Jesus is the Almighty - Rev.1:8 (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 25).

DID YOU KNOW “Jesus” also told stigmata Gladys Quiroga De Motta:

“In the past, the world was saved by the Ark of Noah. [?] Today My Mother is the Ark. It is through her that souls will be saved, because she will lead them to Me. He who rejects My Mother, rejects Me” (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 26).

DID YOU KNOW stigmata Julia Kim of Korea received a “message” from “Jesus”?

“...Tell everyone that accepting My Mother’s words is the same as accepting Me and that holding her hands and following her is the SHORTCUT to Me. The time of My Mother Mary’s victory is approaching. Make haste in repenting and get on board Mary’s Ark of Salvation. My Mother came into this world as the Heavenly Prophetess and My Helper who will lead you to My brilliant and glorious revelations. Follow her words” (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 27) (Emphasis mine).

DID YOU KNOW that “Saint” Alphonsus Maria Liguouri believed that Daniel 9:27 was speaking of the Mass? This is a serious error, since Daniel 9:27 is speaking specifically of Israel’s temple sacrifices, not the Roman mass. “Saint” Alphonsus Liguori wrote in the Eighteenth Century:

“‘The devil has always managed to get rid of the Mass by means of the heretics making them the precursors of the Antichrist who, above all else, will manage to abolish, and in fact will succeed in abolishing as a punishment for the sins of men, the Holy Sacrifice of the Altar, precisely as Daniel predicted.’ The Virgin has said that when the Mass is viewed ‘NOT AS A SACRIFICE’ but as ‘A SACRED MEAN,’ that is to say, a remembrance of that which Jesus did at His Last Supper, the ‘Horrible Sacrilege’ will have been accomplished by the Antichrist. This will then last three and one-half years, namely 1,290 days” (Call of the Ages, Petrisko, 331).

DID YOU KNOW that “Our Lady” of La Salette said:

“If my people do not willingly submit, I SHALL BE FORCED TO ALLOW THE ARM OF MY SON TO WEIGH DOWN! [?] For how long a time have I grieved because of you. I have had to pray UNCEASINGLY LEST MY SON ABANDON YOU. You can never understand how much sorrow I have known” (Catherine Laboure and the Modern Apparitions of Our Lady, Englebert, 153) (Emphasis mine).

DID YOU KNOW Revelation 14:7 proclaims:

“...Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.”

DID YOU KNOW the Bible says:

“To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” (Jude 1:25)

DID YOU KNOW:

“St. Bernardine of Sienna does not hesitate to say that all obey the commands of Mary, even God himself” [?] (Glories of Mary, Liguori, 202).

DID YOU KNOW:

“Juno (the supposed wife of Jupiter-O.C.L.) might also be taken as a type of Mary because she was called Queen of Heaven, was the patroness of chastity, marriage and childbirth” (Apocryphal and Legendary Life of Christ, Donehoo, 65).

DID YOU KNOW that in DeMontfort’s book, True Devotion to the Blessed Virgin, on pages 2-3, 40-41, 59, 117, and 129, you can read that, “The divine Mary is the terrestrial Paradise of the New Adam”? Keep in mind that 1Cor.15:45-47 clearly states Jesus is the last Adam.

“And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.”

DID YOU KNOW that in one Catholic publication, New Interpretation of the Mass, (with the “nihil obstat” and “imprimatur”) by Borgmann, on page 57, we read the following blasphemous statement:

“Now He lifts His eyes to her, knowing that she is His mother. At every nod of her eyes HE PLAYS THE PART OF THE ‘SUBDEACON’ and grants her every wish” (Catholicism Against Itself, Vol.11, Lambert, 122).

DID YOU KNOW:

“First of all it should be noted that without the idea of religious development Catholic thought on the Blessed Virgin is incomprehensible. [?] No one pretends that the Mariology of the present day-in liturgy, in worship, in devotion and in theology - is the Mariology of the primitive age” (The Virgin Mary, Guitton, 105).

DID YOU KNOW:

“It is undeniable that the cult of Mary, like everything else of a delicate nature, has been subject to numerous exaggerations and corruptions. Yet Mariology, in spite of this, is bound up with the whole system of Catholic truths. If I might add a final characteristic, I should say that this aspect of Catholicism has the distinctive mark of freedom. According to the faith and discipline of the Church, devotions to Mary is not necessary for the winning of God’s love; otherwise, the first six centuries would stand condemned. The creeds hardly speak at all of the Virgin. The liturgy of the sacraments does to mention her. The prayers of the Mass rarely name her” (The Virgin Mary, Guitton, 178-179).

DID YOU KNOW:

“What poor sinners we should be if we had not this advocate, so powerful and so merciful, and at the same time so prudent and so wise, that the judge, her Son, cannot condemn the guilty, if she defends them [?]...Precisely the same thing does Mary continually in heaven, in behalf of innumerable sinners: she knows so well how to appease the divine justice with her tender and wise entreaties, that God himself blesses her for it, and as it were thanks her, that thus she restrains him from abandoning and punishing them as they deserve” (Glories of Mary, Liguori, 220).

DID YOU KNOW that although Jesus is often depicted as an angry judge, the scriptures do not agree. When a village of the Samaritans did not receive Jesus, the disciples said:

“...Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he [Jesus] turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.” (Luke 9:54-56)

DID YOU KNOW in John 8:4-11 that the scribes and Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery to Jesus saying:

“Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. [?] Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?” [Jesus answered] “He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee go, and sin no more.”

DID YOU KNOW that in the book Glories of Mary, page 203, Liguori dares to say, “...Mary is omnipotent.”
