Classic Thai Cuisine

Another pretty good Thai cookbook. I like books that are not pretentious or
too razzle-dazzle. There are too many cookbooks that claim to offer authentic Thai
but turn out deviated dishes. Not this one.

Like The Elegant Taste of Thailand, Classic Thai Cuisine is simple to follow
and turns out decently. It has a few recipes that I like, but are not featured in
the previously mentioned book.

I've tried the Kao Kruk Kapi and Miang Kum recipes, which turned out just like
the dishes made in Thailand. Classic Thai Cuisine also has the glossary of Thai
ingredients, recipes for accompaniments, as well as author's notes on each dish.

I recommend this and the other book highly.
