Csiba, Árpád a.k.a Abonyi Árpád "Relatively Yours " ref. no.:
*September 1865 Bars-szent-kereszt + Budapest 25 July 1918, Hungary.
Writer, poet, journalist under the name de plum of Abonyi Árpád. Degree in jurisprudence from the University of Kolozsvár, worked a journalist in Budapest for Fövárosi Lapok, Pesti Hírlap. In 1887 won prize for his short story "Füst" ("Smoke"). His drama "A Hírnév" ("The Fame") was performed in Kolozsvár.
Other fiction published- 1894: Short Stories, 1895: A Zách család, 1896: Bosnyák novellák, 1898: A Haldokló Gladiátor, 1901: A Pavlinói Csata, 1904: Két Lány Regénye, A Fráterek és A Grabovszkyak, 1909: A Fehér Asszony, 1918: A Vörös Regina. He was member of the Petöfi Society, his plays were often performed in the National Theatre, he also wrote fiction for youth.
