Keep up the good work. My GG grandfather was Peter(Patrick) Flanagan(c1806-1866) from Cornspeak, Glenamaddy, Ireland. He was married to Ellen? One of their sons was David Flanagan (c1836)married to Bridget Moore. Their children were Peter, Mary, Margaret, artin, Bridget, David(my grandad),Michael,Catherine,Honoria & Ellen. I understand that most of them went to USA c1880/90, but it is possible that some found their way to Australia. Any info would be appreciated. I would be interested to find any other of eter and Ellen's children or brothers/sisters of Peter. My grandfather,David, married Bridget Lynskey, daughter of Michael Lynskey who was also from Galway area of Ireland, but I cannot find any trace of either of their births in Ireland. Any help? Next account of him is 1895 when my grandfather JOHN ROBERT FLANAGAN was born in Vanburen Arkansas. next account is about 1898 when he was killed or died of injuries sustained in a railroad accident while s pposedly working for the old Frisco railroad in Monett Missouri.
