I have also attended presentations by Arkansas state officials who discussed Clinton's involvement with drugs and with sleazy people in Arkansas who used drugs, e.g.: Roger Clinton, Dan Lasater, Don Tyson.
Perhaps the best journalism on Clinton drug use has been by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, who, in addition to his reporting for the "Sunday Telegraph", also wrote a book, The Secret Life of Bill Clinton (Washington, D.C.: Regnery Publishing, Inc., 1997), in which he details Bill Clinton drug use:
"...They (Bill and Roger Clinton) were sharing joints of marijuana....she could hear the Governor bleating his approval: "This is really good shit!"...It was not just marijuana either. Two or three times a week the Governor was buoying his spirits with a snort of Kid Brother's Colombian rock....(p. 243)
...On the afternoon of December 10, 1990, her (Jean Duffey) best informant, Sharlene Wilson, walked into the U.S. District Court in Little Rock and blurted out in front of an astonished grand jury that she had provided cocaine to Bill Clinton at Le Bistro nightclub during his first term as governor....(p. 257)
'...(Sharlene Wilson) testified about seeing Bill Clinton get so high on cocaine he fell into a garbage can....I have no doubt she was telling the truth...' (p. 258)
(Patty-Anne Smith) claims to have witnessed (Bill Clinton) taking cocaine on two or three occasions, although only one of them stands out in her memory. It was late at night, around one in the morning, in a room off the kitchen in Lasater's residence. The only people present were Patty-Anne, Lasater and Bill Clinton. 'He was doing a line. It was just there on the table.'..." (pp. 289-290)
Bill Clinton
Now Paula says his parts have "distinguishing characteristics" which, knowledge of she claims, will prove she is telling the truth. Critics argue that she could have learned of these by a third party. [Third party? Just how many women know of these characteristics?] Bob Bennet, Clinton's lawyer, "will use various legal maneuvers in an attempt to sap Jones's resolve and exhaust the financial and legal resources available to her." "Bennett's expected request for dismissal will probably be filed on the grounds that Jones's sexual harassment charges are not covered by the federal civil rights law under which her suit was filed." (USNews, http://www.usnews.com/ usnews/issue/970609/ 9PAUL.HTM) [Notice how they don't try to prove Clinton is innocent, but try to drag out the legal process.]
Mar 1998. The case was eventually thrown out of court.
Here's a joke:
Clinton Lawyer: "Mr. Clinton, we have some good news and some bad news. The good news is a group of women in Arkansas are filing a class action lawsuit for not being sexually harassed and having an opportunity for promotion."
Clinton: "Good golly! My ratings should be going up shortly!"
Lawyer: "The bad news is, there's only 3 of them."
11-13-98 Clinton settles with Paula Jones for about $850,000.
Mar 30, 1997. Susan McDougal is refused her request to dismiss charges in the Whitewater case in a California court.
We should cut middle-class taxes immediately by 10 percent.
--Bill Clinton , March 1992I will not raise taxes on the middle class.
--Bill Clinton, June 21, 1992I'm not going to raise taxes on the middle class.
--Bill Clinton, July 13, 1992I had hoped to invest in your future without asking more of you. And I've worked harder than I've ever worked in my life to meet the goal. But I can't.
--Bill Clinton, Oval Office Address, February 15, 1993, announcing middle-class tax increase after being in office less than one month.
Also John Huang and Al Gore raises $140,000 in a Buddhist temple, the priests of which take a vow of poverty. One woman was handed $5000 cash and immediately asked to write a check to the DNC. Isn't this money laundering? Gore says he didn't know he was at a Buddhist temple. See Lippo article. Later, a check to the DNC is returned after it is learned that John Huang handled the check, which was from a S. Korean company called Cheong Am.
Al Gore, while visiting a Buddhist temple, gets a donation from them of $140,000. I thought they swore off material things? Where did they get the money? At first Gore said he thought it was "a community event, not a fund raiser." Mark Middleton went to Taiwan with Charles Yah Lin Trie where Trie handed out business cards identifying him as a DNC member asking for contributions. Mr. Middleton, a former Arkansas lawyer, is under investigation for soliticing donations in Taiwan.
A gardener lived in a modest house in Northern Virginia near DC donated $427,000 to the DNC. Where did he get the money on a gardener's salary? His father is a major investor in the Lippo Group (a banking and investment firm). One of the Lippo Group's key operatives joined the late Commerce Sec'y Ron Brown in creating policies by which the Lippo Group benefited by $1 bil. It turns out Ron Brown (told by his former mistress) didn't want John Huang in the Commerce Dept, but the Whitehouse insisted on hiring Huang.
Mar 1996. Charles Yah Lin Trie, in March of 1996, walked into the Whitehouse with $440,000 in checks and money orders to donate to Clinton's defense fund. Six months later he was awarded a position in the Whitehouse. Investigators noticed the money orders had the same signatures, using different names and addresses, and were sequentially numbered, even though the 'donors' lived in different cities. Charles Yah Lin Trie is also a good friend of Bill Clinton and John Huang. Trie also owns a Chinese restaurant in Little Rock, Arkansas. In April 1996 he visited a Buddhist temple near Los Angeles, CA where Al Gore collected $140,000 for the DNC.
Charlie Yah Lin Trie, a central figure in the controversy over foreign contributions to the president of the United States is hiding in Red China. Bill Clinton was the recipient of a series of huge wire transfers in 1995 and 1996 from a bank operated by the Chinese government, it has been learned today. The transfers, from the New York office of the Bank of China, usually in increments of $50,000 or $100,000, came at same moment in time when Trie was directing large donations to the president's 'legal defense fund'. (from Daily Republican) Ng Lap Seng is an adviser to the Chinese government and Trie's primary business partner.
Jun 1996. Around June of 1996, Clinton made a written request via his legal counsel, Charles Ruff, to Janet Reno's deputy Jamie Gorelick. Clinton wanted to know what the FBI knew about Chinese contributions to the American 1996 campaign. As soon as FBI director Louis Freeh found this out, he ordered the files witheld. In March, 1997, Clinton allows Red Chinese ships to dock near US military installations. This hasn't happened since the 1950s.
Oct 1996. In Oct 1996, a convicted drug dealer (Jose Cabrera) walked into the Whitehouse with a donation of $20,000. Note that the maximum donation is $1000 per person per year. Only after the media publicized this did the DNC give the money back. Days later, Jose was arrested for importing cocaine into the Florida keys by boat. He was convicted, sentenced for 19 years in prison, and $1.5 mil in fines. In Jan 1997, while he was in jail, he received an invitation the Clinton's 2nd inaugeral party (per Daily Republican).
Mar 1997. Al Gore uses a phone card issued by the DNC to make a call from the Whitehouse. The law says no public buildings or other assetts can be used for fund raising. Gore says he's proud of what he did and he consulted his lawyer before making the calls, who said it was legal to make the calls. However, Lorraine Voles says the card was issued by the Clinton-Gore campaign and Gore did not consult his lawyer before making the calls.
In one memo from aide Phil Caplan detailing the Democrat Party's expected debts and suggesting $1 million be laid aside for '...potential fines after the election' Clinton scribbled his passive approval 'ugh.'
Nov 5, 1997. More DNC finance papers are found in a junked car in a junkyard. There is a check for $27,000 made out to William Clinton, but it was not endorsed.
May 5, 1998. Johnny Chung told the Justice Dept last week that he received $300,000 from a Chinese military official for political contributions. He passed on $110,000 to the Democratic party and kept the rest for himself.
Jun 24, 1998. House Gov't Reform and Oversight committee votes 40-0 to allow immunity for 4 people in Clinton finance probe. Two (Johnny) Chung associates to be immunized are Irene Wu, a top assistant and office manager who arranged his travel and attended fund-raisers with him, and Nancy Lee, another Chung aide who allegedly served as a conduit for contributions to the 1996 Clinton-Gore campaign.
The friend of the Lums is Larry Wong, who, Burton said in a memo, is believed to know about conduit contributions made by the Lums, especially after they moved to California in 1992 to mobilize the Asian American community for the first Clinton-Gore campaign.
The U.S. distributor of Red Pagoda Mountain cigarettes, Kent La, is a
business associate of Ted Sioeng, a major target of the committee's
inquiry. Sioeng, his family and his business interests, Burton noted,
contributed a total of $550,000 during the 1996 campaign to the DNC,
California state Treasurer Matt Fong (R) and the National Policy Forum, a
Republican think tank founded by then-RNC Chairman Haley Barbour.

Riady had a permanent green card and was a Clinton acquaintance from the
1980s when Riady worked in Arkansas. After Clinton's election, Riady was
an occasional visitor to the White House, where he got direct access to
Clinton. Former Federal Election Commissioner Trevor Potter said that
the issue of green-card holders who donate while outside the United
States is untested but that a "careful reading of the law suggests a
green-card holder must be residing in the country to donate." And some
of the donations were written from Lippo Bank in California on what
appear to be starter or counter checks lacking the normal numbering of a
personal checkbook. Hip Hing Holdings, wrote out another $50,000
check to the DNC's soft money accounts the week of the car ride. The
Riadys followed with several more donations to state Democratic parties
in the weeks before Clinton was elected, including: $85,000 to Arkansas,
$75,000 each to Louisiana, Michigan and Ohio; and $50,000 each to
Georgia and North Carolina.

Jul 23, 1998 WASHINGTON - Thai businesswoman Pauline Kanchanalak and her sister-in-law were charged today with funneling foreign contributions to the Democratic National Committee and other U.S. political committees. The 24-count indictment returned in U.S. District Court here charged the pair with conspiring to impede the Federal Election Commission and cause false statements to be submitted to it.
Kanchanalak, 47, and her sister-in-law and business associate,
Duangnet "Georgie" Kronenberg, 41, are the sixth and seventh people
indicted by the Justice Department's campaign finance task force.
According to the indictment, the pair used funds from foreign
corporations and individuals - including Pauline Kanchanalak herself and
her husband, Jeb - to make prohibited campaign contributions of at least
$679,000 to the Democratic National Committee and other U.S. political
committees.

WASHINGTON - Miami business executive Howard Glicken, a
veteran Democratic fund-raiser and friend of Vice President Al Gore,
pleaded guilty Monday and agreed to pay $120,000 in penalties for
soliciting a campaign contribution from a foreigner. The foreign
national who made the $20,000 in the name of his secretary, Terri Bradley, was German
developer Thomas Kramer. The Federal Election Commission last year fined
Kramer a record $323,000 for making $418,600 in illegal campaign
contributions to Republican and Democratic federal, state and local
parties and candidates in 1993 and 1994.

Aug 3, 1998 House considers impeachment proceedings. Democrats meet secretly to try to get Clinton to resign. They say they have his medical records and can force the issue.
Older Democrats to Ask Clinton to Resign?
Sightings on the Radio
July 16, 1998 Sherman Skolnick
Investigative reporter Sherman Skolnick was interviewed Thursday, July 16, on Jeff Rense's "Sightings on the Radio" program (not all of the show is UFOs/paranormal). The interview lasted about an hour. Here is a summary of what he said:
In August 1996 a group of older Democrats led by lawyer Robert Strauss held secret meetings on how to get Clinton to resign. They were motivated by their desire to save the Democrat party, which they saw Clinton damaging.
Apparently Clinton was approached about this and refused to resign. He reportedly figured Al Gore was part of the plan--Clinton was quoted as saying about Gore "I'll fire him," and, when told he couldn't do that, "I'll have him assassinated."
Earlier this year a similar group of older Democrats went to Clinton and asked him to resign, citing a "medical emergency." This group was said to have Clinton's medical records. Said records indicate Clinton is a "psychiatric basket case," that his nose is blown out due to years of cocaine use, and that he "does not know right from wrong." Additionally, it was alleged Clinton has "split personality syndrome," and that there are times he doesn't know who he is.
It was suggested that Clinton's medical records may be released to the public by these Democrats.
There are rumors of two different plans in the works to remove Clinton should he refuse to leave office. At least one of these plans involves the Secret Service--this may have had something to do with their reluctance to testify to Kenneth Starr.
Earlier this month, a group of 24 high-ranking military officers met in Philadelphia to discuss what would happen if Clinton had to be physically removed from office. People who have seen Clinton without his make up on in recent days say he's quite ill.
Skolnick sent some of his material to a White House reporter, who then sent it on to Clinton! The reporter faxed this response back to Skolnick: "Clinton's got a rope around your neck."
Kenneth Starr's potential conflict of interest was brought up--Starr is reported to have represented Wang Jun of the Red Chinese secret police. Skolnick believes one reason Starr has been dragging his feet is this conflict with Red China.
Skolnick believes Clinton will be gone before the end of his term, and the "people who installed him in the first place" are ready to throw him out. Clinton is not behind all the suspicious deaths--he is not ordering people to be killed. The people who put him in power are responsible for this. The major Clinton scandal is his giving the Chinese our military and industrial secrets. The Monica Lewinsky matter is a minor sideshow.
Re: Tailwind, Skolnick said that in 1970-71 Jane Fonda told various members of the press that the U.S. military was using poison gas in SE Asia. Based on this, he suggested that Hanoi Jane was ultimately responsible for the CNN story.

Jan 26, 1998. It is found that Clinton gave Monica a blue dress, and it has body fluid stains on it. Clinton makes a statement that "...did not have a sexual relationship with that woman... Ms. Lewinsky." A video tape is found of Clinton and Lewinsky, in which Lewinsky hugs Clinton, and appears very friendly with him, much more friendly than you would think an intern would be. It was also found that during the time period of the alleged affair, Monica and Clinton would stay late at the White House, as indicated by White House log books.
Mar 1998. Linda Tripp, a former aide in the White House, says she has a recorded phone conversation with Monica. In the convo Monica talks about an affair with a high-ranking official, whom she refers to as "the jerk". Later in March, Starr wants a secret service agent who says he witnessed Clinton in a compromising situation with someone, to testify. Clinton's attorneys say "no way" and claim executive privilige. Later in May 1998, some group on the Hill want to say SS agents are exempt from "executive privilige."
Drudge Report: According to case intelligence in the ongoing Lewinsky matter, prosecutor Kenneth Starr has subpoenaed all video recordings of the security closed circuit monitoring of the Oval Office from 11/13/95 through 1/16/98...
Jun 1998. Supreme Court rules that the Secret Service agents do not have executive privilege and may testify in the Monica court case. Linda Tripp says she has recordings of a conversation in which Monica talks about Clinton (or a friend of Clinton) who tells her to lie about the affair.
Jun 9, 1998.
Sources say William McCord, who took over as head of Lasater & Co. after
Clinton friend Dan Lasater went to jail for drug distribution, signed a
plea agreement in May 1995 after being accused of financing a massive
gambling operation. Arkansas banker David Hale and ex-Arkansas Gov. Jim
Guy Tucker are among those known to be cooperating with Starr. Clinton's
former Whitewater partner, the late Jim McDougal, also is said to have
cooperated. But if McCord is able to connect Clinton in any way with
Lasater's drug dealings, the testimony would be devastating.

Jun 22, 1998. An affidavit is found which Monica signed. It says she did not have sex with Clinton. Now Monica agrees to sign an affadavit which says she did have sex with Clinton. The spin is, she had phone sex with Clinton.
Jul 17, 1998. Earlier this year, the Starr subpoened some Secret Service agents to testify whether Clinton lied under oath about no having sex with Lewinsky. Clinton lawyers asked the court to stop this saying something about executive privilege. The court said "no", the agents would have to testify. Clinton lawyers appealed to a 3 judge panel. The panel said the agents would have to wait to testify until the full court decided whether they should testify or not. Within 2 hours the full court unanimously said "no", the agents would have to testify. The Justice Department responded with a two-track bid at the Supreme Court, which is in its summer recess. First it filed a sealed motion seeking an order from Rehnquist temporarily putting the subpoenas on hold while the legal issues can be heard. Later in the evening, it filed a formal petition requesting that the full court consider the question of whether the Secret Service can invoke a confidentiality privilege. "The Attorney General is, in effect, acting as the President's counsel under the false guise of representing the United States, contrary to the whole purpose and structure" of the independent counsel law, wrote Judge Laurence H. Silberman.
Jul 27, 1998 Starr subpoenas Clinton. The White House said Friday that Clinton's lawyers were negotiating with Starr to find a way for him to provide information to the grand jury, the scope of questions, a venue other than the courthouse, and to determine whether lawyers could be present. But with Clinton and his private lawyer, David E. Kendall, both out of town all weekend, there was no evidence that any discussions are taking place -- despite the prospect of the president being called to testify as early as Tuesday. [Note the Clinton stalling technique: ask for all kinds of stuff to delay, and leave town.]
The White House's main concern with testifying on camera in this instance is that an embarrassing tape of him answering questions about Monica Lewinsky might somehow become public. [Just another excuse for Clinton to not testify.] Some aides, who say they don't know what happened between Clinton and Lewinsky, say privately they are worried that Starr's lawyers would attempt to catch Clinton in lies or contradictions in an effort to make a perjury case against him. [Duh! Starr suspects Clinton lied so he's trying to prove it by using the testimony of the Secret Service agents against him. The fact that Clinton is stalling implies he is guilty. If he has nothing to hide, then he would testify.]
Clinton supports want to investigate Starr's key deputy prosecutor Jackie Bennett on whether he leaked information about the investigation to the press. Starr counselor Charles Bakaly says "It is an old trick. If you don't have the facts, you argue the law. If you don't have the law, you argue the facts. In a criminal case, if you have neither, you persecute the prosecutor."
Yesterday's Washington Post suggests that the president, who has
already refused six times to testify voluntarily before a grand jury
investigating the Lewinsky-Clinton scandal, will not comply with a
subpoena compelling his testimony, should one be issued. Moreover, if
subpoenaed, Mr. Clinton will reportedly claim that, as president, he
cannot be subpoenaed against his will because he cannot be indicted. And
a court cannot enforce the subpoena under the separation of powers
doctrine because it lacks the authority to punish him - such as holding
him in contempt and sending him to prison. Apart from Supreme Court
precedent, however, the Constitution does not prevent a federal grand
jury from indicting a president, or issuing subpoenas to a president.
The Constitution gives the president, as head of the executive branch,
the power to stop an indictment against himself or to direct its
withdrawal. He also has the power to direct the prosecutor to withdraw a
subpoena. If the prosecutor refuses to comply, the president can order
him fired and find someone who will enforce his directive. The president
can also grant himself an unconditional and complete pardon and bar any
prosecution altogether. Each of these steps, taken alone or together,
risks impeachment.

Gary Aldrich PREDICTED that Bill Clinton would resign by Labor Day. He
maintains that Starr has "far more" on Clinton than just Lewinsky. (Of
course, we all know that!) Starr will nail Clinton and his gang for
misuse of government funds, intimidation of witnesses, obstruction of
justice and perjury among other things. (Sounds like RICO to me.)
Aldrich said that at least (if not more) than 15 Secret Service agents
have already talked to Ken Starr and that they have identified many
other witnesses who Starr is in the process of locating. The first
Christmas (1993), Hillary hung "an artistic rendition of the 12 Days of
Christmas" including drug paraphernalia, sex toys, condoms, etc., that
were used as ornaments. Aldrich said that these ornaments signified the
type of people the Clintons were.

Lewinsky agreed to testify that she had a sexual relationship with
President Clinton and that they discussed ways of keeping it secret,
legal sources familiar with her account said. [This means Clinton
committed perjury, lied under oath, when he testified that he and Monica
did not have an affair. I think this is an impeachable offense.] In his
Jan. 17 deposition in the Jones case, Clinton denied any sexual
relations with Lewinsky, including any physical touching intended to
arouse either one. And in a Jan. 26 appearance before television
cameras, he wagged his finger and forcefully denied it again to the
American public. "I want you to listen to me. I'm going to say this
again," he said with a clenched jaw and stern expression that day. "I
did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never
told anybody to lie, not a single time, never. These allegations are
false."

Aug 17, 1998 WASHINGTON (AP) -- Arm-in-arm with his wife and Bible in hand, President Clinton attended church as usual Sunday. Then he closeted himself in the White House to prepare for perhaps the most difficult day of his presidency. By the end of the day, even Clinton's personal minister, the Rev. J. Philip Wogaman, was pulled into the vortex of analysis that swirled around Clinton's pending testimony in the grand jury investigation of his alleged affair with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Wogaman appeared on CNN's ``Both Sides with Jesse Jackson'' to say that perhaps the nation should be more forgiving of the president.
``King David did something that was much worse than anything that
President Clinton is alleged to have done. And King David, if I read my
Bible correctly, was not impeached,'' said Wogaman, senior minister of
Foundry United Methodist Church.
(Inexcusable blasphemy! The Bible being used to say that it is alright that
Clinton had an affair AND lied about it after swearing on a Bible to
tell the truth!)

Aug 17, 1998 Some pundits are predicting Clinton will admit to philandering, but deny perjuring, saying his sexual activity did not match the definition of sex as defined in the Paula Jones case. Clinton again weasles out of responsibility. Note that not once has Clinton admitted he did something wrong nor did he apologize to the nation. I predict he will say something like "I did not admit it earlier because I wanted to concentrate on serving the people of America." He always use that phrase "I did it for the people of America" when he wants to keep from admitting he did something wrong. Recall that Mr. Clinton made a "pretty unequivocal statement" during a televised Jan. 26, 1998 appearance when he said, "I want to say one thing to the American people. ... I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. ... Not a single time. Never."
Patricia Ireland, who also appeared on that show (CNN's "Late Edition"), said that if Mr. Clinton had consensual sex with a young intern, it "may be inappropriate; it is certainly not impeachable. "I think if Congress is going to take any action, the only people who should be allowed to vote are the ones who have never lied about their sex lives either," Mrs. Ireland, president of the National Organization for Women, said.
Aug 18, 1998 Clinton testified yesterday for the grand jury. He admitted he had an "inappropriate" relationship with Monica and that it was wrong. He actually said it was wrong! But he denied he told anyone to cover it up or lie.
Sep 25, 1998 Clinton quotes:
"If a President of the United States ever lied to the American
people, he should resign." - Bill Clinton, 1974
"The road to tyranny, we must never forget, begins with the destruction of the truth." -- William Jefferson Clinton, 10-15-95, speech at the University of Connecticut
"I ask that all Americans demonstrate in their personal and public lives... the high ethical standards that are essential to good character and to the continued success of our Nation." - President Bill Clinton, October 17, 1997. "National Character Counts Week."
Clinton: "Undeniably, character does count for our citizens, out communities, and our Nation, and this week we celebrate the importance of character in our individual lives... core ethical values of trustworthiness, fairness, responsibility, caring, respect, and citizenship form the foundation of our democracy, our economy, and our society... Instilling sound character in our children is essential to maintaining the strength of our Nation into the 21st century."
1990. Codes for electronic countermeasures to protect U.S.
aircraft, including Air Force One, have disappeared from a company under
suspicion of helping China improve its missile capability. (See Jul 17,
1998.)
For example, former Loral employee Marj Walker says that when she was
manager of business-development services there, she officially reported
that Lim directed removal of classified military documents in the autumn
of 1990 from her personal security safe without her approval. Shortly
thereafter Walker claims the classified material was shown to a
foreign national who did not have security clearance. "That [Loral]
facility was very lackadaisical about enforcing security," she says.
Others question how Lim could have obtained a top-secret security
clearance when he has relatives living in the People's Republic of
China. Attorney Tiffany of Hughes defends her company's hiring. "We
hired on merits. We don't vet relatives." But retired Hughes senior
scientist Jack Cobb says, "We had Chinese denied clearances because they
still had relatives in China," and to work on missiles "you would need a
higher clearance or different level. I don't know how he would have
gotten a security clearance." Cobb adds, "I'm really concerned over this
fellow. As a citizen I don't want to see technology transferred to China
from our country. It's too scary."

1993. Hughes trades nation's secrets to save via launching satellites in China. C. Michael Armstrong could hardly have been more blunt with President Clinton in a letter in October 1993. "You asked me to support your economic package; I did," wrote the then-chief executive of Hughes Electronics Corp. Then he ticked off other policy areas where he had helped the president. Now Armstrong wanted Clinton to exempt Hughes from trade sanctions against China so the firm could launch satellites there. Armstrong made loosening controls on Chinese satellite deals a key mission of his Hughes tenure, industry officials said. A congressional staffer said, "Hughes wanted to please its customers, the Chinese, and didn't want anyone between them and their customers." "Hughes followed all the correct procedures," a Hughes official said. "We just didn't want somebody from DOD looking over our shoulder."
"It's a tragic situation that potentially thousands of California
people could lose their jobs" if the sales ban remained, Armstrong
wrote. Then he delivered a warning: "This will be public and political
shortly. Thank you." Within weeks, Armstrong, whose company employed
30,000 people in vote-rich California, met with Clinton. Eventually, he
would receive most of what he wanted. (Armstrong and Loral CEO Bernard
Schwartz both lobbied hard to get export controls transferred from the
State Dept to the Commerce Dept, controlled by Clinton appointee Ron Brown.)

Jan 25, 1995. Hughes satellite crashes after being launched by a Chinese rocket. Hughes gets permission from Commerce Dept. to share report of crash findings with Chinese. Hughes spokesman Don O'Neal said "We didn't give away any secrets." In 1993 rules were changed to not require military officials at launches via Chinese rockets, launches controlled by the Commerce Dept. In 1996 these rules were changed to require military personnal at Chinese launches of American vehicles.
Feb 6, 1996 Wang Jun, a noted Chinese arms dealer, attended a Whitehouse coffee with Clinton, along with Charlie Trie. The same day Clinton approved the launch of 4 US satellites on Chinese rockets.
Feb 15, 1996. Loral launches satellite via Chinese rocket. It crashes. Loral (whose CEO Bernard Schwartz donated $500,000+ to the DNC) faxes 25 page crash report to Chinese without gov't permission! Pentagon says this report may have damaged US security. In a New York Times exclusive, it was noted that "Twenty-two seconds after liftoff on Feb. 15, 1996, the Long March rocket exploded, showering fiery debris, burning fuel and chaos on a nearby Chinese village, where by American accounts as many as 200 civilians were killed. For five hours, Chinese authorities barred them from rushing to the crash site, purportedly for their own safety. When the Americans finally reached the area and opened the satellite's battered but intact control box, a supersecret encoded circuit board was missing. Now congressional investigators are asking whether there could be any explanation for the missing technology other than that the Chinese took it."

Schwartz, a major Democratic donor.) On Feb 15, 1996, shortly after
takeoff the rocket fell back to earth. In early 1998, Clinton signed a
waiver to let missle guidance technology be sent to China, even though
the Pentagon's Defense Technology Security Administration recommended
that it would be against national security to do so. 3 Repub. staffers
said more than one worker at the Pentagon DTSA told them they were told
by David Tarbel, head of DTSA, that Clinton had already made up his mind
to transfer the technology and to not submit their reports and to erase
their memos regarding this export license.

This missle guidance technology can be used in China's nuclear missles aimed at the US. Remember how Johnny Chung forwarded $100,000 to the Democratic party from a Chinese space agency's military officer.
The Drudge Report says: After the 1996 crash, encryption hardware was missing. This hardware is similar to those used to communicate with US spy satellites. What if the Chinese could control these US satellites?

President and General Counsel Marcy J.K. Tiffany vigorously denies any

Hughes as a "subject" of the probe, but not a target. She says her
company played no part whatsoever in the writing and release of the
controversial IRC report. "Loral said they screwed up," she tells
Insight. "We didn't. It is no doubt they did. But we transferred
nothing. We would never help China upgrade rocket or missile technology.

BEIJING (AP) -- China wants
President Clinton to reaffirm publicly that the United States will abide
by commitments not to sell Taiwan advanced weapons, Foreign Minister
Tang Jiaxuan said today. Clinton is taking 1200+ people with him. Bush
only took about 650 with him.
6-25-98 Leitner submitted statistics showing a decline under the Clinton administration of export cases referred by the DTSA for further review by the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency. In closed testimony last week, DIA Deputy Director Jeremy Clark told the House Intelligence Committee he was worried about the decreasing number of export cases being referred to his agency for review, according to a congressional staffer who spoke on condition of anonymity. The Pentagon export office has also been cut off from the list of agencies that receive a daily summary of important national security issues, Leitner said.
As an illustration of the export office's new philosophy, Leitner
showed an interagency routing sheet in which various officials jot their
recommendations on a proposed export. The two choices are: ``No
objection,'' and ``No objection subject to.'' There is no ``reject''
option printed on the form.

6-25-98 CIA: Countries spot US computer weaknesses By Jim Wolf
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - China and other countries have begun to focus on U.S. computer networks as a target for possible high-tech attacks that could cripple anything from telephones to electricity, CIA Director George Tenet said Wednesday, who also said the threat was "extraordinary".
"An adversary wishing to destroy the United States only has to mess up the computer systems of its banks by high-tech means," Tenet quoted an article in China's official "People's Liberation Daily" as saying.
Michael Pillsbury, a research fellow at the National Defense University who wrote a Pentagon study of China's interest in information warfare, said Beijing had the world's largest program of its type.
6-25-98 Commerce employee illegally takes sensitive encryption data. In fact, shortly after the transfer of controls (of export requirements from the State Dept to the Commerce Dept), a former Commerce employee walked in, put classified files about encryption and satellites in a box, and walked out the door. That former employee was Ira Sockowitz, who had been special general counsel at Commerce. Without authorization, he took 136 files -- a total of 2,800 pages. It's unclear how those files were used. But the trove Sockowitz took contained data vital to U.S. security -- and valuable to rival nations. And they may be linked to the current probe of whether technology was illegally transferred to China.
The CIA deemed the material so sensitive that it tried to seize Sockowitz's files as soon as it learned what had happened. Despite the security breach, the Justice Department (controlled by Clinton-appointed Reno) has decided there is no case against Sockowitz, and Commerce's own inspector general also balked at a probe. Sockowitz claims his reasons for taking the files were innocent.
Ginger Lew, a confidant of John Huang, went to the SBA in May 96.
Sockowitz followed her to the SBA on May 27, 1996. After 3 days, he was given
Sensitive Compartmentalized Information clearance, a level above top
secret clearance by, and to, the Commerce Dept., to view sensitive files
on encryption. However, he never got clearance for the SBA, where the
encryption files came from. While Sockowitz returned to the Commerce
Dept on Aug 2, 1996. While his successor was out of the office, he took
the files, claiming to the secretary he was "gathering personal items."
Security Violation 1: Sockowitz was not debriefed when he left Commerce.
Violation 2: he was not debriefed when he left SBA in Nov 1996.
Oddly enough, Barbara Wise, a Commerce Dept staffer, was found
dead in her office on 11-29-96. She was one of Huang's associates.
Within 24 hours, Clinton made an unscheduled flight back to the
Whitehouse from Camp David, supposedly to get a book of poetry.

7-14-98 (An excerpt.) The connections between Riady and Clinton have a much more sinister theme than coal monopolies and taxpayer backed power plants in the middle of Asia. Testimony before Senator Thompson's committee last year revealed Moctar Riady's involvement in Chinese espionage. Testimony revealed the Lippo Group is in fact a joint venture of China Resources, a trading and holding company "wholly owned" by the Chinese communist government and used as a front for Chinese espionage operations...
There is no question the Riady-sponsored corruption inside the
Clinton administration reached directly to the Oval office. The single
most telling piece of data is the video evidence of the Riady gardener
trying to hand Bill Clinton a check while uttering "James Riady sent

During the Iridium project in 1996, where the US helped Motorola
launch 2 satellites at a time from China, the Chinese got technology

capability the Chinese previously didn't have. This comes from a report

Jul 17, 1998. Codes for electronic countermeasures to protect U.S. aircraft, including Air Force One, have disappeared from a company under suspicion of helping China improve its missile capability. A former Loral security executive, Ed Acosta, tells how he delivered some disks to Loral in 1990. Shortly thereafter he was told they were missing. Officials told him to not talk about the incident. In 1990, Acosta says, he personally was in charge of transporting three of the disks containing the missing high-security jamming code from Loral's Pomona, Calif., site to the company's Pasadena electronic-combat unit, then managed by Wah Lim, 53, the China-born physicist now under intense scrutiny by federal investigators regarding unrelated allegations involving illegal transfers of high-technology missile data to Red China. These codes have since been replaced but could still pose a security breach. He proposed enhancing security procedures at Loral to protect classified information but his proposal was denied. Instead, he recalls, in 1990 to 1991 "they hung a string around one cabinet with a sign saying, 'This is classified.'"
Lim, now a naturalized American citizen, was identified in an earlier Insight report as being the subject of congressional inquiries and now is a central figure in a high-level Justice probe involving his role as chairman of Loral's Independent Review Committee that oversaw the analysis of why a Chinese Long March rocket exploded shortly after takeoff in 1996 (see "Rockets Red Scare," June 15). The committee's secretary faxed a highly sensitive report to military officials in Red China detailing possible causes of the rocket's failure without obtaining State Department approval -- a violation of American protocols. Lim initially had given his secretary at Loral approval for the fax, but claims that after speaking with company lawyers he immediately tried to stop the secretary from faxing the 200-page document only to discover it was too late. Meanwhile, congressional investigators are trying to determine why Lim was placed in Loral's satellite division -- which would have required a top-secret clearance -- prior to the completion of his Department of Defense background check.
"The box was never found," Cooper, a retired Air Force satellite
officer says. "It was a nightmare. This just doesn't happen every day.
It was the only time something like this happened in the 13 years I was
there." Those with access to the disks could learn a great deal about
"the direction of technology" that the United States was adopting and
could use such technology to enhance their own countermeasure systems
and design missiles to defeat the jammer.

Jul 27, 1998 Reno received memos from Labella and Freeh (head of FBI) recommending a new IC to investigate Clinton and China dealings. Rep. Burton asks for the memos. Reno refuses. Burton subpoenas the memos. Reno again refuses! Burton seems to think Reno is too biased to make a decision like this, since the investigation would be looking at her boss and the person who appointed her, Bill Clinton.
Aug 4, 1998 Mr. Charles LaBella, Chief of the campaign finance task force, gives Janet Reno a 125 page memo and recommends an
independant counsel be created to further investigate Clinton fund-
raising. He says the media know of only 1% of what is going on with
Clinton. Louis Freeh, head of the FBI, also sent Reno a memo earlier
this year (in Dec 1997), and recommended an IC. But Reno does have the authority to
make her own decision. Reno says she will study the memo for the next 3
weeks before making a decision. Rep Burton, in a House committee hearing
with LeBelle and Freeh, asked them both something like "In your opinion,
is Reno using her judgement in line with the law?" They both side-
stepped the question and refused to answer it. Regarding creating an IC
for fund raising issues, Freeh says "I couldn't think of a stronger
argument for an independent counsel."
Source: McNeil-Lehrer News Hour, 8pm EST.
Aug 6, 1998 Burton's committee voted to find Reno in contempt of Congress. Democrats voted against this position. It would require a vote of the full House to pass a motion holding Reno in contempt of Congress. It is not clear what, if any, practical effect such a contempt citation would have or who would attempt to enforce it.
LaBella headed the Justice Department's campaign-finance task force
until he left last month to become acting chief of the department's San
Diego office. Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Pa., wants the Senate Judiciary
Committee to investigate why LaBella was not appointed chief of that
office and named U.S. attorney for the Southern District of California.
LaBella learned he would not be nominated for the top job shortly after
he sent his report to Reno on July 16.

Aug 31, 1998 Osama bin Laden's brother is director of US firm Iridium Although the Clinton administration has made Osama the world's most wanted man, the rest of the family does millions of dollars in business with the US, reports say. Irridium, which plans to put the first global network of cell phones and pagers into operation next month, has launched satellites four times aboard China's Long March rockets. The launches by Iridium, Hughes Electronics and Loral Space and Communications triggered a furore in Congress this summer amid allegations that China picked up missile targeting know-how from its arrangements with the US firms. Irridium confirmed that Hasan bin Laden is a director of the Irridium Middle East Corp subsidiary and that the Saudi bin Laden Group, the family's investment arm, has put money into the global phone link firm.
Neither the Bin Laden Group nor Osama's brother has any financial or professional association with Osama bin Laden, who became estranged from the family years ago and is accused of masterminding the US embassy bombings in East Africa this month. The Bin Laden family fortune has been estimated at $5 billion from its vast contracting and construction enterprises. The family's money web has come under scrutiny since President Clinton last week banned all financial transactions between Osama bin Laden and US firms and individuals.

Aug 31, 1998 Tom Hanks going to give home to Clinton. An empty plot here (in the California Palisades) can cost as much as $3.2 million (£2 million). That is what Tom Hanks is said to have paid for one acre near his home on Amalfi Drive, the most desirable address in the lush enclave of Pacific Palisades. His neighbours insist the new house now going up there is Hollywood's gift to the Clintons for their post-White House years. Speculation here has snowballed into claims that Dreamworks, the studio behind Saving Private Ryan, is the real force behind the house; that the gift is a thank-you for nights spent in the Lincoln Bedroom by the studio's founders, including Steven Spielberg; and that Mr Clinton has a standing job offer from them for whenever his imperilled presidency ends.
"All three guys continue to support the President," a spokesman said this week for
Spielberg and his fellow moguls, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen.

She was not in charge from the beginning. Upon taking office, in an
unexplained departure from the practice of recent Administrations,
Miss Reno suddenly fired all 93 U.S. attorneys. She said the decision

President ordered it. Just as the best place to hide a body is on a
battlefield, the best way to be rid of one potentially troublesome
attorney is to fire all of them. The U.S. attorney in Little Rock was

Rock and Bill’s man at Justice, coordinated tactics with the White

Sep 3, 1998 But, the question remains, why Long Beach? Why are the Chinese sold on that particular site? What is it beyond a suitable layout that makes the location so appealing?
Long Beach has many advantages. Strategically, it is within earshot and sightseeing distance of all important commercial ports in California. It is relatively close to America's computer belt in the Silicon Valley. But more importantly, it is near the Pacific Missile Test Center, the U.S. Naval Weapons Station, Camp Pendleton and the Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado, the Fleet Anti-Sub Warfare School, Sub Flotilla 5, the Naval Command Station and the Miramar Marine Corps Air Station.
And, of course, as I've mentioned many times before, there's the Sea
Launch facility a veritable stone's throw away in the same city. That's
the project, now under investigation by the Justice Department, for
possible security breaches. Sea Launch, which plans to blast satellites
into space from equatorial ocean platforms, is a partnership of the
Boeing Corp. and three foreign entities including one dominated by
Russian intelligence. Moscow and Beijing have a formal agreement to
share intelligence information, especially when it pertains to their
"common adversary," the United States of America.

Dec 4, 1998 The European Union is quietly getting ready to approve legislation that will allow the police to eavesdrop both on Internet conversations and Iridium satellite telephone calls without obtaining court authorization. The legislation is part of a much wider memorandum of understanding between the EU, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Norway, a nonmember European nation. That agreement allows authorities to conduct telecom surveillance across international borders, according to a Europol document leaked to members of the European Parliament.
"Security measures are often necessary in the cases of terrorism or
organized crime," said Glyn Ford, a member of the European Parliament

Gene Tatum's First-Hand Testimony and Accounts Reveal Two Presidents and Other High Officials Involved in Murder and Drug Smuggling Preface: The following account is from Gene "Chip" Tatum. Under the code name "Pegasus" Mr. Tatum commanded, planned, and participated in eighteen covert and black operations around the world for the U.S. government over a period of several years. His military service started in 1969 and ended in 1991 when he refused to target U.S. citizens. The black operations unit Pegasus was formed in 1985. He survived his tours in Vietnam, including prison in Cambodia, and was one of the most highly decorated veterans of that war. The job of his group was to "neutralize" the targeted person, which generally included high ranking officials in foreign governments. Neutralizing meant to intimidate, coerce, blackmail, threaten to or kill family members in order to bring this person in line with United States government desires. If all else failed, the targeted person would be assassinated.
Eventually, Chip was asked to do so on a high profile American citizen, which he refused. Since then, his own life has been in danger. Having seen the evils of the U.S. government he wisely started to document the activities, and this hidden documentation is probably what has kept him alive so far. In the meantime, he has also come out publicly about his knowledge.
Below are some accounts of his experiences, including direct contacts with George Bush, Bill Clinton, Oliver North and ex-CIA Director William Colby (now dead, most likely assassinated by the U.S. government). "I was a Special Operations pilot at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. In 1983 and 1984 we would routinely receive requests from a medivac unit at Ft. Campbell to deliver white coolers marked "medical supplies" to Little Rock Air Force Base, and on two occasions, to an airport west of Little Rock, in Mena, Arkansas. Further investigation on my part provided the information which tied up some questions I had.
"During my flights to Arkansas I was met by a man introducing himself as Dr. Dan Lasater. Mr. Lasater was never alone. He was usually accompanied by a plain-clothes policeman who produced a badge and ID. His name was Raymond Young. I was introduced to him and found that his nickname was "Buddy". Mr. Young would later show up in Honduras, posing as a member of the Arkansas National Guard. On some occasions, a different man would accompany Mr. Lasater. His name was Jerry Parks. "On one such occasion in the fall of 1983, I was tasked with delivering two such coolers to Little Rock Airport. The coolers, marked "medical supplies", were to be delivered to Dr. Dan Lasater only. My instructions were to wait for Dr. Lasater, if he was not at the airport when we arrived. "Prior to take off, I helped our crew chief secure the cargo in the rear of the aircraft. I noticed that, although both coolers were identical in size, one cooler was significantly heavier than the other. [Possibly organs from executed Chinese prisoners. See http://www.execpc.com/~jfish/fwiw/fwiw0086.txt.] I shook the lighter cooler, trying to guess its contents. But it was so tightly packed that nothing rattled. I recall thinking that it must have been organs or something, packed tightly in dry ice. So I opened the cooler to check its contents.
After thoroughly examining the contents, my curiosity was satisfied and I closed and re-sealed the cooler with military green hundred-mile-an-hour tape. I re-secured the cargo and we departed for Little Rock. "We arrived late in the night, about 10:30 pm. Dr. Lasater was not waiting for us, so we began our post-flight of the aircraft and flight planning for our next leg to Houston's Hobby Airport. About 12:15 am a limousine, followed by a van, and unmarked law enforcement vehicle, arrived at the FBO. Dr. Lasater was the first out of the limo. I recognized him from a previous flight. He was followed by two others. Dr. Lasater introduced himself to me, apparently not realizing we had met before, and asked if we were the aircraft with the donor organs. I told him that we had the coolers and pointed at them in the rear of the aircraft. The heavy cooler went into the limo and the light cooler was loaded into the van.
Dr. Lasater introduced me to the two gentlemen with him. First, we were introduced to the Governor of Arkansas, Governor William J. Clinton, and then his security chief, Raymond "Buddy" Young. At this point, Mr. Young recognized me and stated so. I was then introduced to a third man standing at the limo. We were invited to stay the night and accepted. "After returning to Ft. Campbell on Friday, I called Director Colby and told him of the delivery and my discovery. I told him that when I opened the cooler, which was ultimately taken by Governor Clinton, it contained several kilos of an off-white powdery substance and lots of money. Those coolers were identical to the one I discovered at La Mesa containing cocaine. "I decided that I had best begin documenting our cargo for the flight crew's safety. I went to operations and noted the cocaine on the back of the flight plan."
In 1992, Mr. Tatum was given a direct order personally from President Bush to neutralize Ross Perot. What follows is most of a letter, dated April 20, 1996, written by Mr. Tatum to Ross Perot. "In 1992, as the commander of a Black Operations Unit called Pegasus, I was ordered to neutralize you. Our unit was directed by President George Bush. It was determined, at some point, that the party you formed was counter to the American system of democracy. In his attempt to justify your neutralization, Mr. Bush expressed not only his concerns of the existence of your party and the threat which you posed to free America, but also the positions of other U.S. and world leaders. "The original mission of our unit was to align world leaders and financiers with the United States. I was personally responsible for the neutralization of one Mussad agent, an army Chief of Staff of a foreign government, a rebel leader, and the president of a foreign government. "However, all these missions were directed toward enemies of the United States as determined by our President. And because of this, I did not hesitate to successfully neutralize these enemies. "The order to neutralize you, however, went against all that I believed in. It was obvious to me that his order was predicated on a desire to remain as President rather than a matter of enemy alignment.
"I refused the order. I further advised the President and others that if you or members of your organization or family were threatened or harmed in any way, I would cause information, which includes certain documents, to be disseminated from their six locations in various areas of the world, to various media and political destinations. I walked away from Special Operations that day with the knowledge that you don't just quit! I felt, however, that the time capsules protected my interests.
"In September of 1994, I received a telephone call demanding the information "or else"! It was obvious from the day that I walked out of Pegasus that to turn this information over would be terminal. In the spring of 1995, I was arrested by the FBI for wire fraud. Although innocent of the allegations, I found it necessary to plead guilty in an attempt to tarnish my credibility. It was my opinion, as I expressed it to Rodriquez when he called and threatened me, that if I were of questionable credibility, the documents, if ever made public, may not stand on their merits. With this arrest, I seized upon the opportunity to effect this theory. I have since been indicted on a second fraud charge, this time involving my wife. I will not allow this prosecution of my family. I have notified the authorities that I intend to put my case to a jury. "For over twenty years I have dedicated my skills, time, and health to my country. I have been shot, tortured, and beaten, fighting to protect our right to form and run our government as determined by the Constitution... So, be aware and alert!" Signed, Gene Tatum.
The following has been gleaned from radio interviews with Mr. Gene Tatum. What were these documents that they wanted?
G. Tatum: "We have documents showing the movement of cocaine, the manufacturing of cocaine by Oliver North and a company called "The Enterprise" that he headed up. We moved, probably, about two tons of cocaine out of Nicaragua and Honduras to Panama on board military aircraft... being told the whole time that these were "fruits of war" (as Oliver North called them) that were confiscated from the Sandinistas."
So you have documentation. Does that documentation still exist somewhere?
G. Tatum: "It does. We also have video tapes of Mr. North and others standing in the middle of a "cocaine kitchen" while the cocaine is being packaged."
"THERE'S A REAL TIMETABLE TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER... THE YEAR 2000, FOR THE NWO TO BE IN PLACE"Can you tell us whether or not George Bush or anybody of that stature is in these video tapes?
G.Tatum: "Yes, he is. Those tapes involve people a lot larger than George Bush. When I talk about the New World Order, I'm talking about an organization that is bigger than anyone can ever know. It's not called that. I'm not sure what they're calling it, but we do have and are getting ready to release in one of my books a copy of the mission of the New World Order, that was given out in a handout to the members of Pegasus so that we understood what our mission was and who we were working for. However, because it involves people a lot bigger, people who I... I'm not saying I'm a bad-ass, but I know what I'm doing in the arena that I work in. And I would never cross these people."
But I think a lot of people are skeptical when people toss around terms like "New World Order" and all that... I mean who could be bigger than the President of the United States?
G. Tatum: (laughing) "Many people groom men who are to become President of the United States. Those people are bigger."
Do you have any reason to believe that Pegasus still exists?
G. Tatum: "I think, due to the mission of Pegasus and due to the time line. And folks, I'm just being as sincere as I can be. There are folks out there who have heard of this "New World Order" regime. It's very real. And there's a real timetable to the New World Order. I was paid $50,000 a mission to ensure that this timetable was kept in place. And that timetable is the year 2000, for the New World Order to be in place. Part of what the target date entails is trying to have the New World Order replace or control the United Nations. So it's something for everyone to think about. I know a lot of people say, Oh, another conspiracy. I'm with you. I don't believe most of the conspiracy items that are out in the media today. But I know that this is true. I know it because I have killed people to make sure it comes to pass."
Given the military mind-set, what percentage of the military will go along with the New World Order's plans?
G. Tatum: "I think what's going to happen, what you're going to see, is that a lot of the ground troops... will be willing to use their weapons against the American people. I see the reserve and the National Guard and the Air Force having a very difficult time with that. We'll put foreign forces in."
The reports of foreign troops... does it not seem strange to you as an American serviceman, that there are all these foreigners in this country in full scale military array?
G. Tatum: "I think that's a real view. They're doing master planning on a global basis."
I'm afraid it's the closing minutes for freedom in this country, unless you get off your dead butts and step up to the line. They have their timeline, everything is set for that magic date in the year 2000, and in the meantime they're going to use everything known to them, the technology, the weapons systems, the people, all the ways they can threaten and coerce. Only if the truth prevails can this thing be changed, and I doubt that it can be changed because I don't think people care anymore. Now maybe that sounds a little negative... do you find that to be true too, that the majority simply just don't care and have no idea of what freedom is all about?
G. Tatum: "I think that because they're comfortable, that they're not going to do anything about it until they're uncomfortable. Once an American becomes uncomfortable, then we'll start stirring. I ask the folks to go to that neighbor next door... tell him what you think, give him your views. Don't try to give him everything at once, because it's going to be to enormous. Give him a little bit at a time, educate him as to what is going on."
If you don't step up to the line now, you won't have a line to step up to later.
