BECHAMEL SAUCE, MICROWAVE

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce(optional)
1 cup grate Cheddar cheese (optional)

In a glass pan of 3 cups capacity melt the butter at level 10 for 60 seconds.
Mix in the flour to make a paste. Add slowly milk, stirring continuously.
Bake at level 10 for 6 minutes, stirring twice.
While still hot Worchestershire sauce may be added or cheese.
