POPPY SEED SALAD DRESSING

1 small onion
1/3 cup vinegar
Blend in blender

3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
1/3 cup vinegar
Add to the previous items and blend until smooth

Slowly add 2 cups olive oil, while blending at high speed. Blend until thickened.

Add 1 tbsp poppy seed and blend.

Keep refrigerated.
