SPAGHETTI WITH MUSHROOMS For 4

400 g spaghetti
1 lb mushrooms, chopped
4 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
pepper or chilies
grated parmesan cheese

Boil spaghetti "al dente", in salt water.
Stir fry the balance of ingredients, until mushrooms's own water has dried out.
Drain spaghetti, pour mushrooms over them and reheat for 2-3 minutes over high fire.
Sprinkle with plenty of parmesan and pepper or chilies and serve hot.
