1 can mussels, in brine
flour
milk
grated bread
oil
lemon wedges
Drain mussels and wash under running water.
Mix milk and flour until fairly thick. Place mussels in it.
Remove with a slotted spoon and coat with bread.
Deep fry until slightly golden.Do not hold too long or they will
toughen up.
Serve hot, with some lemon wedges.
