Prepare Bechamel Sauce (See recipe).
Cut 3 medium peeled potatoes in thin slices.
Place half of the potatoes in a suitable casserole, cover with
half of the sauce. Repeat with a second layer.
Cover and cook at level 10 for 18 minutes.
Remove from oven, salt at pleasure, sprinkle with grated cheese
and cover again.
Let rest 5 minutes. Serve very warm.
