Bread dough
3/4 tbsp butter
2 eggs, separated
1 cup cottage cheese
nutmeg
2 bags washed spinach
Preheat oven at 375 F.
Mix in food processor butter, 2 egg yolks and spinach.
Whip egg whites and fold gently into spinach mixture.
Roll bread dough into a 12" circle, then spread mixture onto it.
Roll and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkled with some parmesan cheese and/or sour
cream.
NOTE: For a DESSERT, spinach can be substituted with:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
