2 cups ground pimentos (approx. 10)
5 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 pkg Certo
In a pot place pimentos, sugar, vinegar. Bring to rolling boil, stirring all the time.
Remove from heat. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Bring to boil again. Then add Certo and lemon juice.
After 2 minutes boil, remove from heat.
