1 package Jell\O chocolate instant pudding
1 package of chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
Preheat oven at 350 F.
Combine all ingredients and beat with Mixmaster at speed 5 for 4
minutes.
Pour into a tube pan, previously buttered and floured.
Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes.
Let cool into pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a grate to
cool to room temperature.
Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with icing sugar.
FILLING:
8 oz Cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 cup cream 35%
Whip with Mixmaster at speed 8.
Separately whip cream. Fold the two creams together, with
care.
Fill hole in the cake with part of the filling.
Serve a dollop of it over each slice.
