PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips

Drizzle:

1/2 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2-3 tbsp milk

Combine all ingredients for cookies except chocolate chips.
Blend with fork until particles are coarse crumbs.
Press in greased 13" x 9" pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 F (180 C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle immediately with chocolate chips.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread evenly drizzle mixture and cut into bars.
