1/2 lb chicken livers
1 slice prosciutto
oil
1 garlic clove,
crushed
4 anchovies
2 small pickled
gherkins
4-5 pitted olives
2 tbsp capers
Toasted slices French bread
chicken broth
Stir fry garlic until golden. Remove.
Stir fry liver over hot fire, for about 5 minutes.
Process in food processor the liver and all other ingredients,
except broth, until a fine paste is formed.
Toast bread on both sides. Dip each slice quickly in broth and
spread the pate' over them.
Delicious with a drink, before a meal.
