Mix all ingredients in the Mixmaster (at low speed), for about 3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Lay aluminum foil over a cookie sheet, and grease it.
Take a teaspunful of paste, round it in your hands, deposit it on the aluminum sheet and flatten it a
bit. The operation is quite sticky.
Optionally, you may place a skinned whole almond in the center of the cookie.
Place the other balls not too close to one another, as they flatten even more on baking.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Soon after, pull over a grate the aluminum sheet with the cookies still on it, to let them cool
fast.
Keep in a closed container.
