Oreo Cookie Cake
- 1 1/4 pkg. Oreo Cookies
- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 8 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese
- 2 8 oz. Containers Cool Whip
- 2 Cups Confectionery Sugar
- 1 Large Box Chocolate Pudding
Crush Oreo Cookies real fine, put in 13x9 Dish.
Melt butter, pour over top cookies, press and
refrig. for 15 minutes. Mix cream cheese, 1 cool
whip and sugar. Spread over cookies, place in
refrig. for 30 minutes. Cook pudding and let cool,
then spread over cream cheese mixture and put in
refrig. for 15 more minutes and then spread other
container of cool whip over pudding.
Optional:
Save 1/2 cup cookie crumbs to sprinkle over top.
