Mandarin Orange Cake
  1. 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup oil
  4. 11 oz. can mandarin oranges(with juice)

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium for 4 minutes. Bake 35 minutes at 325 in layer cake pans until knife comes out clean.

Frosting
  1. 2 8 oz. containers of coolwhip
  2. 1 small box of vanilla instant pudding
  3. 8 1/4 can of crushed pineapple(slightly drained)

Mix by hand slowly just until blended. Let set in refidgerator until cake is completely cooled. Frost between layers, tops, and sides.
