Vegetable Pizza
  1. 2 cans crescent rolls
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1 8 ounce cream cheese
  4. 1 pkg.Ranch dressing
  5. assorted vegetables, chopped or sliced

Spread the 2 cans of crescent rolls in a large, greased pan or on a cookie sheet with edges. Bake for 10 minutes or until brown.

Mix Ranch dressing according to package instructions. It will be less soggy if you cut the milk down to 1/2 cup. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix well. Spread on cooled crust. Add your vegetables. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Suggested vegetables:

  1. green peppers
  2. sweet red and yellow peppers
  3. broccoli
  4. tomatoes
  5. mushrooms
  6. snowpeas

You can also top this with shredded cheddar cheese.
